With touch control, when you get out of water or climb up scaffolding blocks to the top, the player automatically "uses" the item they are holding.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Jump in water
      2. Get out of water by holding the "Up" button
      3. Go inside scaffolding
      4. Climb up to the top by holding the "Up" button

      What I observe:
At the step 2 and 4, you will "use" the item you're holding. If it's a sword you'll swing it. If it's a lava bucket you spill it!

This presumably happens because the "Up" button you were holding disappears but your finger is still held at the place where the button was, and the game thinks you tapped the now-empty space.

      What I expect:
The game does not make you automatically use your item in this case. It can be very hazardous depending on what item you're holding.
