Some sides of clouds constantly flicker and glitch when ray tracing graphics mode is enabled.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Load in a world with clouds and ray tracing enabled (You can use Any ray tracing capable texture pack for this purpose, or use the empty RTX pack I've attached below, which allows you to turn ray tracing on without any modifications.)

      2. Clouds may appear normal at first, to reproduce this issue, try to walk around, fly around
Especially close to clouds (similar to the image below)

      Observed result:
Keep moving around the world and you will see clouds flickering and some of their sides glitch in and out.

      Expected results
Clouds should not flicker. There are moments where clouds are not glitchy and appear normal (such as when you freshly load a world and look at clouds before making any move), expected result is that clouds remain that way and should not flicker.

      My notes:
This completely ruins clouds for me, to a point where I'd rather turn off clouds completely than to have lots of black lines glitch in and out on top of my screen.
