Bug: Arm Position is off when not holding anything and including when holding things like armor and any type of weapon or tools, including things like doors gates and such basically almost all items that aren't a block

(rewritten for clarity, this is one bug just has two descriptions)

Various tools and items and the empty hand itself have awkward placement in relationship to the actual position of the controller itself, the animation is also broken. The only things that are accurate are typical blocks. Made a video, watch here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Da7pR0sCrlk&ab_channel=MrSmux

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Get any tool or weapon or non-block items
      2. Equip it

      Expected Result
Item, weapon, or tool should be lined up properly with controller when strait.

      Observed Result
the item, weapon or tool is tilted at the strait position and the animation is also off as well.
