I achieved "Into The Nether" and got the "Feel The Nether" skin base.

The button to equip it does not show up. I can only 'view achievement' and from there 'view reward'.

I want to equip the skin base.

I did not find a bug report about this because the key words show up things like nether roofs and biomes.

edit: k i edited it. i thought that field was for the phone version too and couldn't find 'android' ones. the latest mc version is the one i'm using i think.

edit edit: ok cool. that doesn't look like an exact duplicate tho because i can equip the clothing based rewards like leader of the pack's wolf head, and i just got that one. this one is for a skin base.
