[Device is LG G Stylo]

So all of us in this realm I'm on updated to 0.16.0 and we were pretty hyped about trying out the new features once we all got to play on the realm together. So I decided to go fishing and I eventually noticed that my fishing rod disappeared and the slot that it was in now had Wheat Seeds.

I searched to see if I dropped it but I didn't. It soon happened again as I was doing some other task, my Enchanted Iron Sword disappeared and was replaced with Wheat Seeds. My friend mentioned that she is being affected as well with this bug.

The point being is that I want this overly-annoying bug to stop or if there is a way to prevent this from ever happening again, any help would be greatly appreciated.
