I do not know since when I have this problem (it has been going on before updating to Android 14), I do not play in creative mode a lot and I took a very long time getting access to enchanted items, but I noticed this with some mobs like skeletons and zombies before but I didn't understand what it was until I got in my hands on one of those enchanted armor from killing a skeleton, I don't know what is causing this.

I also noticed that while playing with a friend (before having crashing issues which explained in other report) he didn't have the issue so he couldn't see the weird effects, and this weird effect applies just to all armor, bows and crossbows if they are enchanted.

I also did a little test, I thought this was texture related but turns out it does not, in this case I used the classic texture pack that is for free in the marketplace for the test and it has the same issue, so my theory is that the textures are not the problem, the problem is the enchanted visual effect itself but I don't know, I'm not a developer or anything like that. Be aware that the video I show does not have the classic texture pack, it is the default one.
