Hello,
I've been playing Minecraft RTX since I bought my computer.
I started using this technology in May 2023 in a version of 1.19.
To have RTX in my solo world, I used Kelly's RTX pack coupled with BetterRTX.
However, since the 1.20 update, a bug has appeared (the video presentation is available here: https://youtu.be/deDq5CTDE58). At first, I thought it was the pack's creator who had made a mistake with a patch and I even uninstalled BetterRTX, but I was told that it was a Minecraft issue and that there was nothing they could do.
To be sure that the problem was Minecraft, I uninstalled BetterRTX, but the problem is still there. I also changed RTX pack, but without success. Which leads me to believe that the problem comes from Mojang, and more precisely from the latest update.
Video presentation: we can see the bug from the 28th second. Indeed, despite the setting sun, the blocks remain clear, as if the sun were still shining on them (you can see this clearly from second 35, in the lake). Then, from second 38, you can see the transition between sunset and night being really abrupt.
