      Description

      DEVICE: Samsung Galaxy Tab A

      The bug is concerning the activation and deactivation of minecart with hoppers when passing over Activator rails. When passing over a POWERED Activator Rail, the Hopper is supposed to deactivate and when passing over a UNPOWERED Activator Rail, the hopper is supposed to reactivate. Currently, it is the other way around. (Which is the bug).
