Since the 1.20 update, I have noticed that banners are appearing clear even when viewed through translucent blocks. This happens with both banners placed on their own, dyed banners and banners inside item frames.

When looking at a banner through water, it does not have a blue overlay but instead appears as it looks normally. The same happens when viewing it through stained glass blocks and panes. Additionally with both plain and stained glass, the texture of the glass (it's outline, inner lines) disappear, making it seem like the banners are infront of the glass when they are actually behind.

I have only seen this happen on mobile (both Samsung and iPhone), but as I don't play other versions I'm not sure if the issue happens elsewhere.
