Ever since the hotfix, my digital keyboard to write in command blocks and chat has been at the top of my screen. Editing the command block no longer highlights or expands the text, but viewing the full command to update it obstructs my whole view, thus unable to edit the command.

Expectation: the keyboard should be at the bottom of the screen as it was before. Chat bar should be raised on top of keyboard to see what is being written in chat, and keyboard should be at the bottom of screen when writing in command block.
