      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Find a mob of your choice
      2. Damage the mob until it can be killed in one shot by a harming arrow (if the mob is not undead) or a healing arrow (if the mob is undead) fired from a dispenser, unenchanted bow, or unenchanted crossbow
      3. Shoot the mob with a harming arrow if it is non-undead and a healing one if it is undead

      Observed:
Harming or healing arrows that kill a mob of the type that such arrows do magic damage to will continue to travel

      Expected:
Harming and healing arrows will always disappear when hitting a mob, regardless of whether or not they kill the mob that they hit (Like other tipped arrows or regular arrows)
