The damage enchantments sharpness and impaling don't seem to apply when destroying a boat in melee: Sharpness doesn't work at all, impaling doesn't work in melee even when the boat is in water but does work at range.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Get 2 of each: axe, sword and trident (and bow for comparison)
      2. Enchant one of each weapon: sharpness V on axe and sword, impaling V on trident, (power V on bow)
      3. Put boat in a pool of water
      4. Go into survival mode
      5. break boat with every unenchanted weapon and count the hits (shots) needed
      6. break boat with every enchanted weapon and count the hits (shots) needed. Make sure to try the trident in melee and on range.
      7. Compare numbers

Expected outcome: Weapons enchanted with sharpness, impaling and power should break the boat faster than unenchanted versions of that weapon.

Actual outcome: Axe and sword with sharpness enchantment need exactly the same amount of hits as their unenchanted versions to break the boat. Tridents with impaling enchantment need less shots at range, but in melee they need the same amount of hits as unenchanted tridents do. Bows with power entchantment need less shots as unenchanted bows.

I tested with netherite weapons and tier V enchantments. The numbers were:
      With unenchanted axe/sword/trident: 5 hits/throws
      With unenchanted bow: 4 shots
      With sharpness V axe/sword: 5 hits
With impaling V trident: 5 hits but 2 throws
With power V bow: 2 shots
