There's a bug on bedrock related to the rain, which I've seen occurring on multiple platforms (at least Android, Windows, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One). Although, I'm currently playing it on Windows 10.
The bug is about an infinite rain that doesn't go away even after sleeping. The thing is that, even when it looks like it's raining, the game doesn't react like it is. The clouds become really dark, but the villagers don't run looking for a cover as they usually do. If a mob steps out of a cave or a roof, or you hit them with Fire Aspect, they set on fire as if there was no rain at all.
This bug has happened to me since 2020, back when I played on Nintendo Switch, but now that I've moved to Windows, the bug not only has not been resolved, but it seems to happen even more often.
So here are the steps to reproduce this bug (although not always work, sometimes just seems to be random):
- Start the game, or get out of your world and go back to the menus.
- Wait on the menus for a certain amount of time, like 1 or 2 minutes (it may happen even immediatly in some cases).
- Enter to your world again.
Generally, those steps are enough to make it happen, but maybe you have to try it a few times to make it work. I hope this gets enough attention, because this bug is one of the most annoying and recurring ones all across bedrock platforms, even since the bedrock version itself has been on the market.
