      Summary

      When any tools mining into Suspicious sand or gravel looks something not assigned and gets slower than regular sand/gravel (Like using shovel)

      Similar to: MC-260233 & MC-261167

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Take suspicious sand or gravel
      2. Take normal sand or gravel for example
      3. Take any tools like pickaxe, axe, shears & shovel, if you need to get efficiency V enchantment 
      4. Place over at 6 block at vertical lane
      5. Mine to suspicious materials then mine to normal materials for speed comparison

      Observed Results

      suspicious sand/gravel does not have assigned any tools like Java Edition

      Expected Behaviour

      suspicious sand/gravel can should do have assigned any tools to match Java Edition
