Desert wells with an extra suspicious sand block do not contain loot in that block

Currently, Bedrock Edition usually generates one suspicious sand per desert well. On rare occasions, there is one extra suspicious sand. This additional block of sus sand never produces loot when brushed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Create a new world with 1.20 features enabled using seed 633960704880727134.
      • Go to surface coordinates X: -1208 Z: -825 and X: -581 Z: -3359.
      • Use the brush on the two suspicious sand blocks in each of these wells.

      Expected Results:

As with all world-generated suspicious sand blocks, both blocks should produce loot.

      Observed results:

Only the center suspicious sand block produces loot. The other does not.

This can also be seen in the far northern desert (north-northwest of spawn around Z: -1900) on seed -977118593 in two of its many desert wells, so it is not limited to only one seed.
