I've noticed this issue a few times, but the first time it happened I didn't think anything of it. When I spawn into my world I've created with my significant other, for some reason I spawn with random items in my inventory I didn't even create. I always exit my worlds safely, by using the "Save and Exit" option. But apparently this doesn't stop this bug. For example, before exiting the world correctly, I remember I had crafted 2 Stone Axes. I had almost half and inventory full of space, with some things I knew I had, such as some Stone Walls. Upon opening my world again just a few minutes later, i spawned with my Map unexplored for some reason, and I had items such as 2 Stone Hoes instead of my Axes, in which I didn't even create. Not to mention, i was missing some stuff in my inventory. I don't remember exactly what was missing, but I for sure had more things prior to exiting the world. I have included a video, and 2 screenshots. Please take note that the screenshots were my inventory before and after exiting the game, and were taken while I was browsing between 2 different chests. The items in the chest seem to have not been affected by this bug, only the inventory and map.
