So basically I died right there & ones I comeback, some of the items are cannot be pick-up for some reason.

It's not the only happened once but twice now in my survival world.

& The only solution which work 50-50 is just walk by it but sometimes it wasn't work so all I have to do is just leave it right there, wait for it 'till it's gone completely.

There is also a possible chance that this might happen on Minecraft on all platforms including VR & Consoles.
