When teleporting between dimensions via a command in a command block, the realm server crashes and disconnects all players.

Example command, in a command block in the overworld triggered by a button:

/execute in the_end run tp @p -1158 74 676

It does not always seem to happen. In particular, if another player is near the destination, then the teleport seems to happen successfully, whereas when playing alone or when no players are in the area, the server crashes.

Also I noticed sometimes when it is successful, it continues to work for some time even when another player is not in the destination area.
