Axolotl won't spawn no matter how many lush caves I have visited. most of them are below y of 0 that spawn water. but even the few rare lush caves that do spawn with water above y of 0 they still don't spawn. you either need to adjust the spawning conditions so that they can spawn below y of 0 with the selected deep biome stones or fix the conditions so they only require lush caves clay water to spawn. they use to be pretty common before 1.18

Steps to reproduce:

• create world with seed: 6856422587320311969
• go to 2178 12 -710
• observe in gamemode creative none spawn within the first 5 min.
