Since the 1.19.50 update, about 30% of my villagers don't successfully path find to their beds.  There is no obvious reason for this- doors and grass paths all exist and they used to all find them.  There is even one structure version (not sure of correct name) the one in the plains village which has a half mezzanine and ladder next to a table and a bed on the other side.  The villagers there enter the house but just stand next to the table and ladder and don't pathfind to the bed about 6 blocks away unless you push them.
