Since the 1.19.40 update I think the crafting interface has become INCREDIBLY slow and glitchy.  Either by using a crafting table or just pressing the X button on the xbox controller to craft, or by using the inventory - basically anywhere where you can craft from, the interface is really slow, jerky and the option to rapidly place items for instance across chest slots by using the X (place half) option has disappeared completely.  I think related is that fast mining and placing also has gone really jerky and glitchy and for instance if you hold seeds in your hand and fast harvest replace wheat, you frequently see the wheat break, the seed sow and then the sowed seed disappears again and is back in your hand.
