I have had minecraft ps4 edition for quite some time now (the one with the button to put you into editions) and i enjoy going onto it to have a nostalgic feeling, but again for a while now, when ever my mojang account starts signing in or has signed in, i go to press the button and the game freezes and crashes. the only way for the editions button to work is if i quickly press it before my account signs in. 

At first i thought it was just a problem with my account but ive seen other people struggling with this issue as well. 

I know the old minecraft ps4 edition doesnt get any updates now but could it be looked into to see if theres a way to stop the game from crashing when i press the editions button. This would mean so much to me and all the other people who still play this edition. cheers
