Issue Details
The recent 1.19.31 update has made chatting on Xbox worse than it already was! I use a keyboard to type on Xbox to counteract the slow Xbox UI, but since the update I now have to press "open chat", click the box to type in, enter my message, press enter to confirm that's the message, then press enter again to send the message. Before this update, you could just open chat type and send. Additionally, chatting is extremely slow and it takes forever to send a message. It's kinda like the game forces you to type in the Xbox Chat box instead of the Minecraft Chat box and that not only makes it complicated to send a message but also makes it impossible to @ people or enter commands efficiently.
How to reproduce
1. Open Minecraft on an Xbox Console
2. Join a world or public server
3. Open chat and try to chat
Expected Result
The chat menu will open, you can type your message and then press enter to send it.
Actual Result
The chat menu will open. You will then have to select the chat box before you can type. You type your message, hit enter to confirm the chat; then are prompted to hit enter again to send it. (sometimes this even causes the message to completely disappear without sending)
