False teleportation occurs when entities pass through nether portal blocks. If the coordinates of a portal block in the Nether do not strictly correspond to the coordinates of the activated portal frame in the main world, the entity will not come out of the frame through the portal block, but will be offset. This offset is related to the teleportation. The distance between the door block and the correct portal frame seems to be related, and this offset ignores block blocking. If there is a block blocking the entity at the offset position, it will suffocate. In general, the location of the teleportation is the same as the Y coordinate of the nearest activated portal frame within its search range, offset to the left and right of the frame. As mentioned above, nether portals can be placed in the inventory in the form of items and placed separately.
