Allay is not disconnecting from lead if you click on it with empty hand

Steps to Reproduce:

  [Step 1] spawn a Allay
  [Step 2] put the Allay on a lead
  [Step 3] try to take the Allay off the lead without anything in it's or your hand

Observed Results:

You can't take a lead off the Allay with a empty hand

Expected Results:

You should be able to take the lead off the Allay with a empty hand

Notes: if you try to take a lead off the Allay without anything in it's or your hand it will do nothing, if you do it with other mobs that can be leashed you can take the lead off, and the only way to take the lead off the Allay is if you have a lead in it's hand and right click on it with the lead in your hand
