Since the last 1.19.2 hotfix update, there are no hostile mobs spawning at night anymore. We have tested this many times on my realms with my friends and can confirm that mobs just don't spawn anymore at night. We have confirmed this at least with hostile mobs at night, I am not sure if its the same issue for neutral or friendly mobs. This happens in the surface/normal world and at caves and nether as well. Spawners do work, but naturally they just don't spawn anymore.

A fix for this would be greatly appreciate it, since the performance improvement has been great in the latest hotfix. thank you.

Update 1: I have now confirmed that neutral and friendly mobs are NOT spawning as well. Neither at night or day time.
