When in first person, effects played to a locator from a player geometry are altered by the FOV. For example if you set FOV to 120 the locator will look more distant from the original position of it and if you set it very low it will look closer. With FOV 70 it kinda keeps the original position but this is generally annoying since not everyone has the same FOV. Third person isn't affected by this bug.

To reproduce the bug like in my case modify the player geometry and just add anything that includes a locator and is visible in first person. After that create an animation that emits a particle on that locator then simply change the FOV slider from minimum to maximum to see the bug.

Observed Result: Locator position is changed by the FOV slider in First Person.

Expected Result: Locator keep its original position regardless of FOV slider amount.

An add-on containing the example bug test was attached below.

Observed Result: The bubble particle effect does not remain on the tip of the wand when the animation is playing if the FOV is too high or too low.

Expected: The bubble particle effect should remain on the tip of the wand ( regardless of FOV setting ) when the animation is playing.
