When using some emotes, a message in chat appears saying what they are doing/saying to do or whatever with that emote, but there is no cooldown so it can be spammed and flood the chat by constantly pressing one of the emotes.

Also don't mind it being on two separate lines (one being the name, one being a title cosmetic, and the rest of the text on the second line) in case that is confusing.
