Before MCPE 15.0 I was able to to play and connect with other devices on that are on the same wifi network and though my personal phone hotspot, but ever since the 15.0 update I was unable to do any of that (other worlds on the same network would not appear in the 'Worlds' page) , but at the same time the "Boardcast to LAN" option is still there, I'm not sure if this feature was removed or just glitch out.
