A player on my realm was crafting iron doors, then placed them, when then the realm crashed. This happened the next 2 times he tried to place them as well.

What I expected to happen was...:
Craft a iron door, the place them, and use as normal.

What actually happened was...:
The realm crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft an Iron Door on a Win 10 Realm
2. Place Iron Door
3. Server will stop responding for a few seconds (Cant break blocks, etc), then disconnects from realm.
