When I’m the Nether, occasionally the mobs will freeze for about 5-10 seconds before moving again. This seriously impacts gameplay as during the tick lag, I can’t open my inventory, shoot arrows, hit mobs or place blocks. I've tried adjusting the tick speed, but that doesn't work either. I do not have tick lag issues in the Overworld.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go into the Nether.

      2. Walk or fly around a bit.

      3. Notice that occasionally, serious tick lag occurs for 5-10 seconds making the Nether almost unplayable.

      Observed Results:

      1. I entered the Nether in my Survival World.

      2. Walked around a bit and fought some Endermen and Piglins.

      3. Mobs will freeze, making it unable to hit them until the tick lag stops.

      Expected Results:

      1. Entering the Nether.

      2. Walking around and fighting mobs in the Nether.

      3. Noticing that there is no tick lag in the Nether.
