      Hello,

I have had this problem for a long time. I have two Xbox One S and Series X consoles. I have Minecraft installed on the console housing, but I can only play my world on One S, because on Series X the world won't sync and I can't play it at all. Synchronization starts but fails after a long time. At first it bothered me, but although I could play on an older console and after fruitless searching for a solution to the problem, I gave it up.

Unfortunately, for a week my world won't start even on One S. I tried to synchronize both on WiFi and on the cable, because I was advised to do so, it has no effect on the synchronization process. In addition, the copy of the world made with the release of the Caves & Cliffs update has disappeared to me. Now there's the old world that doesn't work on either the One S or the Series X.

When the world sync fails, the 0x83860012 message pops up and I have to try to sync offline which fails at all: /

My world is big - it takes 3.9 GB, I have it from the beginning when I started playing Minecraft.

What's more, there is the same problem with synchronization on the accounts of other console users. The only difference is, they have their copies and I don't. We can create new worlds without any problems, join servers and join each other to new worlds without any problems

      Please help.
