A couple updates ago we got the option to upload personal skins on xbox but I never actually got the option to do that because every time I tried to upload a skin it would open the files app but every time I tried to open the file it would freeze then return to game as if nothing happened without uploading the skin.

I go into skins, press on the custom skins option, press to upload a skin, the files app opens, I press the file I'm trying to open, it then freezes and closes the files app, minecraft then continues as if nothing happened without uploading the skin.
