Related to MC-249526

When a player rides over a sculk shrieker while on a mount such as a pig, horse, strider, boat, or minecart, it does not get triggered. This would lead players to avoid summoning the warden simply by riding a horse or other mount through the deep dark.

How to Reproduce
1. Make a path with the sculk shrieker in the middle.
2. Ride a boat or a tamed horse through the path.

Observed Result
Sculk shrieker doesn't get triggered when the player is riding an entity on top of it.

Expected Result
Sculk shrieker gets triggered by the player riding an entity on top of it.
