In the new hotfix, some players (including myself as of quite recently out of nowhere?) have experienced an issue with equipping skins from imported skin packs outside of the marketplace. The buttons that say "equip", etc. are no longer present and you can't click anywhere in order to equip them.

As I mentioned earlier, this seems to occur randomly and isn't consistent with users or installations. I've been on 1.18.12 since it released (auto-updates are off) and this is the first time I'm experiencing this issue.

The issue also occurs with custom capes - I know these aren't officially supported and so there isn't really a point in filing a bug report about them, but I figured it was worth putting in here anyway.
