Steps to reproduce

1 in an area that is covered by the sunlight start to break or place blocks

Observed results

This will start to make what is best described as shadows to quickly appear and disappear around the area

Expected results

The shadows don't appear (they never used to)

I have tried changing my video settings on both my TV and Minecraft and that has done nothing to resolve it

Torches help reduce it but it is still there it's just not as intense however light blocks do not.
