The glitch can be seen in the image above.
Sometimes you can't see the glitch, and sometimes you can.
It seems like it depends on where your camera/player is.
It also seems like you can see the chunk borders as well.
If you come closer to the ice, chunk by chunk it seems to fix itself (but new glitched ice textures show up in other spots too).

I tested to see if changing any in-game video settings would fix it (like Fancy Graphics, Smooth lighting, etc.), and it didn't have any effect on the bug.
