I'm not sure if this was a "bug fix" but it breaks many circuits in many different worlds. The way most of the circuits worked was with a single pulse to activate the tick delay from a button. The only way a circuit with a tick delay works if when its powered by the input for how many ticks the delay was set for, this makes everything way more inefficient and more frustrating. if you could please make everything back the old way and if you cant, make it a game rule thing.
