Extreme lag that happen when trading with villagers, when using farms, and using the bulk storage.

I do not know if its related with those above.

Im playing at my single survival world.

When the lag happen i continue to walk around but i cannot open shulker box, crafting tables or interact with the world in anyway until i log off and in and after a couple minutes the lag come back again.

When im unable to activate elytra and after a couple seconds i take damage.
