Rotated Button Item Obtainable With PickBlock (Middle Click)

      Using the PickBlock feature on Windows 10 edition (Middle Click by default) you can obtain an incorrectly rotated button, clearly seen in the quickbar, in hand, and as a dropped item also.

      Steps to Reproduce
      -Place a normal button (stone or wood)
      -Use PickBlock (middle click) on the placed button
      -Incorrect Rotated button is now in your inventory and hand
