If you are not connected to the internet and enter the 'Dressing Room' and 'Create/Edit Character', you will get the message "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later!". Nothing happens until you cancel out, where it takes you back to Dressing Room, randomly choosing between an Alex or Steve skin.

Steps to recreate:

1. Make sure you're signed in. Disconnect form the internet, close the game, and reopen it
2. Click on 'Dressing Room' and 'Create Character' 
3. The error message "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later!" will be displayed, preventing access to bought skins

Observed results:

Unable to access purchased skins/character editor while offline.

Expected results:

Should be able to access all purchased skins/character editor when offline.
