I attempted to add a name to a name tag.  I can place the name tag on an anvil, and type any name I want, but I can't remove the tag from the anvil (the red "X" remains, and no "Enchantment Cost" message appears).

This is on a realm.  I attempted to connect to the realm while entering this report to get a screen shot, and first it hung and timed out while connecting (likely server crash).  On my second connection, I was able to access the realm, and the name tag and anvil worked as expected.

The problem was present on this realm both from my Windows PC and our Xbox 1X systems.
