Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
After making a Nether Reactor and gathering Quartz I'd be able to make awesome Quartz stuff in the crafting table or new stonecutter.

What actually happened was...:
I could only make solid Quartz Blocks, not Chiseled nor Pillar nor Stairs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play through Minecraft: PE until you have a Nether Reactor, Stonecutter, and Crafting Table
2. Get Quartz inside Nether Reactor
3. Go to your preferred shelter
4. Make Quartz Blocks in your stonecutter
5. Find out that there is no way to get Quartz Stairs, Pillars, or Chiseled Blocks
6. Wallow in sadness
7. Repeat as desired
