An issue listed in the changelog that was reportedly fixed is still persistent. I went on for about 5000 blocks in all directions and was unable to find a single dry cave entrance. All the caves I found were submerged in water, even though the changelog specifically states that dry entrances are now available. The frequency of dry cave entrances needs to be increased dramatically or something isn't working as intended and dry entrances haven't actually been properly implemented.
