So, I first got Minecraft on the switch the day after christmas of 2017, with the old version of the game. I then upgraded to Bedrock Edition after it came out. However, not too long after I had got it, my game won't load on my Nintendo account, so I had to make another account. I've tried several times to fix it, but it's been going on for over 3 years now. Sometimes it loads, but very often it just freezes on a black screen and doesn't load at all. So, I can't go on servers or anything on my switch because I would have to buy an additional Nintendo Switch Online subscription for my secondary account on TOP of having to pay to keep it up on my main account for games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, etc. I don't have the money to pay for this because for these 2 accounts to have a year long subscription together, would cost me $40 each month, and I don't have that kinda money! I've tried deleting the game from my switch and then reinstalling it, but it didn't do anything, and I don't want to delete my data, then the game, and then reinstall the game because I'd have no way to back up all my worlds back onto my switch, so I'm at a loss on what to do. For me right now, it's either I have to use the 2nd account and not be able to play online because I can't pay for 2 1 year online subscriptions, and not have the ability to go on my worlds, or I have to delete my game and data, reinstall the game without the data as I can't reinstall it, only for a chance of it getting fixed then. It's been going on for over 3 years for me yet I haven't been able to find a single video on YouTube or anything to try and fix it. I have tons of worlds on my primary Nintendo account that I don't want to lose, so, I don't know what to do, nor if I'm even supposed to be contacting you guys (Mojang), or Nintendo because of the fact I can't find evidence of this happening to others.
