I was playing on my Minecraft world working on a cool build, but as I was flying around the end islands to get the materials I need, I got to close to the void and died and lost all my stuff. After that I shut down my computer, as the game was saving my progress, to step away and let my mind reset. When I went back on to my world I turn to the side to see a giant hole in the lake where I was working on my new build. The hole broke the bedrock layer on the map and any player who walks on it falls into the void in the overworld, I know this because I fell through it myself to see if the chunks weren't loading. I hope this bug can be resolved so it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.
