Went through a nether portal and moved around a bit and then went back through and spawned next to a nether portal I hadn't  made really far underground nearish to my base. I dug up and when I got to the surface, I could just about see my base which was odd because the nether portal I went through in the first place was in a ravine which wasn't that near my base. Idk what happened but I don't want to go in the nether anymore because idk where I'll respawn.
