With only two users on the Nintendo Switch. One user logs into the game with the new update and the software loads as usual. (very fast) The second user logs in the game and the software has taken 30 mins to finally load! (For an autistic child.. That's forever!) Loading ie; to the marketplace, Play, Microsoft sign in page.

With help from Nintendo support for an hour, it looks as though the issue isn't coming from the switch it's self. The software has been deleted and re-downloaded,  checked for corrupt files, the SD card was removed reformatted and we did it all over again, the software was downloaded to just the console. All of these ideas didn't change the issue. 

We thought of making a new user for my son, but he's really worried about all his saved worlds. Any and all help would be appreciated. Sorry I'm not tech savvy. Thanks so much.
