I've been noticing that water and lava are not interacting with eachother as intended.

1.- When flowing water flows into flowng lava, nothing happens (cobblestone should be generated) this only occurs if the lava has already flowed to it's maximum (4 blocks), but not if it can still flow more

2.- If lava is flowing downwards, water (neither a source block or flowing water) also doesn't affect the lava when it touches it, or viceversa (when water touches flowing lava, it generates cobblestone, and when lava touches water, it generates stone)

3.- All other interactions work fine, so when water touches flowing lava from the top, it transforms into cobblestone, when lava flows into water from the top, it generates stone, and when water touches a lava source, it converts into obsidian.
