Game kept occasionally freezing when alt-tabbing back into it, after installing minecraft 1.17.10 update. Not consistently, many alt tabs didn't result with the freeze. Last time it happened, I got to confirm that at the moment autosave icon was visible, so I suspect that to be the trigger.

The freeze makes everything unaccessible, can't access task manager either. Can access only the Ctrl+Alt+Delete screen, that lets me sign out of user to forcefully turn off all the apps including the frozen Minecraft. 

There is also visual peculiarity with how it freezes, it overlays and blends together minecraft ingame with menu screen. To be more precise, if freezes in a moment between, when after alt tabbing game goes from ingame into menu, freezing in middle of the transition.
